Each package gives you access to a time credit to be used over two years, whether for remote work or on your premises. Thanks to accurate time management, you only pay for what you actually use, to the nearest half-hour for remote tasks and to the nearest half-day for on-site interventions.

Our packages are designed to suit all kinds of needs. Whether you choose a small envelope to be credited in advance or a larger package with Pay As You Go billing, our packages guarantee full flexibility. Depending on the package, you can credit time again at any point or switch to PAYG mode with billing based solely on time consumed.

PAYG mode flexibility and service guarantee
In PAYG mode, you are only billed for the time used, but there is no guarantee of the first response time to process your requests (‘best effort’ mode). If you want a guarantee that your requests will be handled swiftly, you can easily add time credit. Therefore, our packages offer the possibility to switch between maximum flexibility and a guaranteed service commitment .

Assigned teams and optimized intervention management
Our teams, composed of at least two engineers, are available to intervene both remotely and on site. On-site availability is limited to two engineers at a time, with advance notice given for planning purposes. To ensure continuity of service, we provide replacements in the event of a team member's absence or unavailability.
