How do we handle requests?

Responsive and transparent management of your requests

Thanks to DTaaS, supporting your infrastructure needs is simple and efficient. Whenever you need support, you simply contact your assigned team via one of the communication channels you chose during your onboarding (email, telephone, Slack, Teams, Jira, etc.).

We commit to processing your request within one working day if your time credit is positive. Otherwise, for customers opting for package M or higher, the ‘Pay As You Go’ mode means they can continue to benefit from support, but there is no longer any guarantee of the first response time to process requests. In this case, support is provided on a ‘best effort’ basis. We therefore commit to handling the request as quickly as possible, depending on our availability.

Accurate and effective collaboration

As we take on your request, we make it a priority to clarify every single detail of the requirement. We discuss the ins and outs of the task with you, identify the prerequisites for successful execution, and define the success criteria together. This collaborative approach ensures that you fully understand what's at stake and ensures that your demands are met successfully. Once these elements are confirmed, we'll plan the execution of the task with you, taking into account your constraints and priorities. With DTaaS, you are assured of a thorough and seamless service, where every stage is conducted in close collaboration with you.

Time management and unforeseen events

Please note that the time invoiced reflects the time spent by our engineers on your tasks. If, during the course of the project, we note that the initial estimate is insufficient, we'll let you know immediately. Together, we'll analyze the situation, clarify the new requirements and agree on a new estimate. This means that you have complete visibility over the project's progress and can control your budget at all times.

How is activity managed?

Take control of your DevOps team and your projects

With DTaaS, you're in control. You define the tasks to be performed, the priorities and the pace of interventions. Your teams trigger the interventions according to your needs, ensuring a perfect match with your goals and roadmap. To ensure smooth and transparent cooperation, communication channels are established during onboarding. Your assigned DTaaS team will be in touch with you on a regular basis, keeping you updated on progress and ensuring your satisfaction.

Optimised management through visibility and monitoring

For effective management, you have access to clear and comprehensive tools and reports. Every month, you receive a detailed statement of your usage and a precise breakdown of the activities performed by your team. This gives you full visibility over the use of your time credit and the progress made on your projects. In addition, we regularly ask for your feedback to help us improve our services. If necessary, we adjust the solution to meet your changing needs. With DTaaS, you benefit from complete control, optimum transparency and seamless communication, so that you can manage your DevOps team with complete peace of mind.

How does invoicing work?

Flexible packages for maximum control over your budget

DTaaS offers a range of packages (from XS to XXL) to suit your needs and budget. The XS and S packages, ideal for one-off needs, require an initial payment for the entire package. For larger commitments, the M and higher packages offer greater flexibility. You pay only part of the envelope initially and can top it up at any time or switch to ‘Pay as you go’ mode if your credit runs out. This option allows you to pay only for what you use, without any commitment, with billing based on time spent and a decreasing average daily rate. Moreover, your time envelopes and the associated purchase conditions are valid for 2 years, giving you a great deal of freedom in managing your resources.

Transparency + simplicity = efficient management

Regardless of the package you choose, you get two time meters valid for two years: one for remote execution tasks (RET), billed by the half-hour, and one for scheduled execution, whether on-site or remote (RTS), billed by the half-day per engineer. To start with, RTS accounts for about 10% of your envelope, but you can convert RET into RTS for greater flexibility. With DTaaS, you're in control of your budget thanks to clear and transparent billing, with no usage obligation and a great deal of management freedom.
